The excursion follows the Mediterranean coast between Kemer and Kaş, where warm sunny weather lasts for most of the year. Thanks to the maritime climate, the trip is comfortable through most of the season, although the experience strongly depends on the time of year and sea temperature.
April – May
Spring is considered one of the most beautiful periods for this trip. The coast is especially green, the mountains still feel fresh after winter, and the panoramic views are at their brightest. Air temperatures are usually +22…+30°C, while the sea warms to +19…+23°C. Swimming is already possible, although the water may still feel cool. This period is excellent for walking, photography and comfortable sightseeing without intense heat.
June – September
Summer is the most popular season for the excursion. Air temperatures in Kaş and along the coast reach +32…+40°C, while the Mediterranean warms to +26…+29°C. Kaputaş Beach is especially beautiful at this time thanks to the bright sun and rich turquoise color of the water. However, July and August can be very crowded, and the road may feel more tiring due to the heat. We strongly recommend a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and plenty of water.
October
One of the most comfortable months for the excursion. Air temperatures are usually around +25…+30°C, while the sea remains very warm at approximately +24…+27°C. The intense summer heat and large crowds are gone, so the trip feels especially relaxed and atmospheric.
November – March
During winter, the excursion operates less frequently and depends on weather conditions. Air temperatures are usually +15…+22°C, while the sea cools to +17…+21°C. Rain, strong wind and waves are possible, and winding coastal roads may feel less comfortable. The route or stops may occasionally be adjusted because of the weather. Warm clothing and closed shoes are recommended for winter trips.

▪️At the height of summer, the trip can be more tiring because of the heat and the number of visitors at Kaputaş Beach;
▪️In spring and autumn, bring a light sweater for the morning journey and air-conditioned transport;
▪️Comfortable shoes are essential for Kaputaş Beach because access involves stairs;
▪️In heavy rain, storms or other unfavorable weather, the excursion route may be changed for guest safety.

Kaş is located on one of the most scenic stretches of the Lycian coast. The road follows the sea through mountain landscapes, cozy bays and panoramic viewpoints, so many travelers consider the journey itself part of the excursion.
