The transfer should be booked 1–2 days before arrival. Cars are not available on demand — this is not a taxi service, but private vehicles;
For transfers from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport, 100% prepayment to a bank card is required because some passengers fail to show up for their transfer after arrival;
If you cannot find the driver upon arrival at the airport, contact us immediately so we can coordinate the meeting;
If your flight is delayed, please let us know in advance.
