Additional Information
All additional activities (hot-air balloon flight, quad bikes, jeep safari, photo sessions, transfers, etc.) must be booked only through our guide on site. We work with verified licensed partners to ensure safety and compliance with the program;
Booking additional services through third-party companies is not permitted. In this case, insurance coverage does not apply and the excursion is considered interrupted at the tourist's initiative. The booking is cancelled and further participation in the program, including return transfer, is not provided.
The excursion has a limited number of places, so booking requiresa 50% deposit per person.It secures your place in the group. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable;
Departure and return times are approximate and depend on your hotel location. The exact transfer time will be provided after booking;
Please wait for the excursion transfer outside the hotel — at the entrance or barrier. Please note that the bus may not be allowed to enter some hotel grounds. This is due to internal hotel rules and to avoid conflicts with local guides;
Weather conditions and wind may affect the hot-air balloon flight as well as sunset visibility. We recommend checking the forecast online before booking the excursion;
The one-way journey from Antalya takes at least 6 hours. Transfer is included from all Antalya areas — Konyaaltı, Kaleiçi, Lara and Kundu;
Please note:the guide may change the order of the stops, but the entire excursion program remains unchanged;
If the selected hotel has no available rooms, we will arrange accommodation in a hotel of a similar standard without compromising the quality of your stay;
Drinks during the day are paid separately, including water at the restaurant;
A paid child ticket includes a separate seat on the bus and meals;
For children.Children without a separate ticket travel without their own seat on the bus (on an adult's lap). If you need a separate seat, book the child with a seat;
Payment is made on the day of the excursion. US dollars, euros and Turkish lira are accepted. Card payment may also be available (confirm when booking).
