All additional activities (hot-air balloon flight, quad bikes, jeep safari, photo sessions, transfers, etc.) must be booked only through our guide on site. We work with verified licensed partners to ensure safety and compliance with the program;
Booking additional services through third-party companies is not permitted. In this case, insurance coverage does not apply and the excursion is considered interrupted at the tourist's initiative. The booking is cancelled and further participation in the program, including return transfer, is not provided.

Weather conditions and wind may affect the hot-air balloon flight as well as sunset visibility. We recommend checking the forecast online before booking the excursion;
The drive from Side takes at least 6 hours one way; the Side–Cappadocia distance is 515 km. Transfer is included from all Side resort areas — Kizilagac, Kizilot, Kumkoy, Manavgat, Side Center, Sorgun, Titreyengol and Colakli;

If the selected hotel has no available rooms, we will arrange accommodation in a hotel of a similar standard without compromising the quality of your stay;
