👉 St. Catherine’s Monastery on Mount Sinai is one of the world’s oldest continuously operating monasteries and is listed by UNESCO. It was founded in the 4th century at the site of the Burning Bush, where according to tradition God appeared to Moses.

👉 Today, it is more than a monastery — it is a unique treasury housing rare icons and artifacts from the earliest centuries of Christianity, preserved in the heart of the Egyptian desert.

Program:
📍Transfer from the hotel at approximately 05:30 (the exact time is provided after booking; the drive takes about 3 hours);
📍Stop at a shop for about 15 minutes (restroom, coffee, snack, and information from the guide);
📍Tour of the monastery (with a possibility to meet monks): see the Burning Bush, Moses’ Well, ancient icons, the Basilica of the Transfiguration, a religious service if available, and other monastery areas that are open to visitors*;
📍Optional visit to the icon museum;
📍Return to Dahab, lunch, and a visit to the market;
📍Transfer back to the hotel at approximately 16:00.
