Fethiye Gulf is known for relatively calm water because of its many islands and sheltered bays. April–May is usually +22…+30°C with sea temperatures around +19…+23°C; June–September +30…+40°C with sea around +25…+29°C; October +25…+30°C with sea around +24…+27°C. From November to March, tours operate less frequently and depend more on weather and wind. Summer is best for swimming, while late spring and early autumn are especially comfortable for sightseeing and relaxing on deck.
