Additional Information
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and purchase the tickets. If the booking is cancelled less than 24–48 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable because the tickets are purchased in advance;
Departure and return times are approximate and depend on your hotel location. Exact transfer time is confirmed after booking;
Please wait for the transfer outside the hotel, at the entrance or barrier. Some hotels do not allow excursion vehicles to enter their grounds;
Transfer is included from all Alanya areas, including Oba, Mahmutlar, Konakli, Incekum, Avsallar and Okurcalar;
A paid child ticket includes a separate seat on the bus;
Children without a separate ticket travel on an adult's lap. If you need a separate seat, book the child with a seat;
Payment is made on the day of the excursion. US dollars, euros and Turkish lira are accepted. Card payment may also be available;
The trip is accompanied by a tour organizer. A separate Russian-speaking historical guide is not provided;
The show takes place outdoors in the ancient Aspendos Theater, so evenings can be cool even in warm weather. Bring a light sweater or wrap;
Comfortable shoes are recommended because the theater has stone steps and historic paving;
Photo and video recording is usually allowed without flash;
In summer, bring water even for the evening program;
Visit the restrooms before the performance where possible, as guests generally avoid leaving their seats during the show;
The show is suitable for adults and children thanks to the colorful costumes, music and spectacular choreography.
Weather Conditions and Show Season
The Fire of Anatolia show is held in the open-air ancient Aspendos Theater, so performances depend on the season and weather.
April–May: evenings are usually comfortable at +18…+26°C. Short rain showers or cool wind are possible. Bring a light sweater. The chance of cancellation is low, but heavy rain may cause rescheduling.
June–September: the main season. Evening temperatures are usually +25…+34°C, with mostly dry and warm weather. This is the most comfortable period for the show.
October: generally comfortable, especially in the first half of the month, around +20…+28°C. Later in the month, cooler evenings and short rain showers are possible.
November–March: the show is usually not held because of the low tourist season and unstable weather. Rain, strong winds and cool evenings around +10…+18°C are possible.
Recommendation: because the venue is outdoors, bring a light sweater or scarf in spring and autumn; bring water in summer. In rare cases, severe weather may cause the show to be postponed or cancelled for safety.
